Gas Grill Smokers For Fish Smoking

For more than 100 years Sunbeam has been providing quality products to the home. In fact it’s a name consumers have come to trust through the generations. And Sunbeam gas grills are no different.

Let your meat come to room temperature before cooking. You can really get some strange results if the inside of your meat is cold when you put it on the smoker. Never put frozen meats on a smoker without thawing to room temperature first. Don’t let your meat sit out at room temperature too long though or you’ll run the risk of bacteria contamination.

Use charcoal – best gas grills under $500 work great for cooking food but can sometimes impart a gas flavor to your meat. I like to use natural hardwood charcoal started in a chimney. Don’t use lighter fluid; it defeats the purpose of using hardwood charcoal. You want to smell the steak roasting over the coals – that is the best part! Some people swear by mesquite soaked in apple juice others say you cook your steak too fast to get any benefit. Wood chips can add flavor if you are smoking your meat but that usually takes a lot more time than it takes to grill a steak. My recommendation is that if you are curious, play around see if you can taste and enjoy the difference.

Fixing the rubbery chicken skin problem. Just prepare yourself a hot bed of coals on a standard grill and then grill your smoked chicken over high heat for about 5 minutes per side to crisp the skin.

Peel the eggplant. Slice the eggplant lengthwise into 1/2 inch slices. Lightly brush with olive oil. Evenly sprinkle the Chinese 5-spice and sea salt onto both sides of the eggplant slices. Place the eggplant directly onto the cooking grates. Cook the slices for two minutes, then flip them. Continue cooking till very soft, this should take an additional one to three minutes. Place the cooked eggplant into a bowl with the yogurt and mash them together, then mix well. Place into a serving dish.

You will find both these models of Weber grills widely available in stores, both online and on location. Depending on particular dealers, their prices range from $700 to $1000 and this includes the complete grilling package.

So, those are, in brief, the pros and cons of the electric grill. Easy to set up, use, clean, and store; they are not so well suited for the traditional outdoor cooking experience. If grilling in an apartment and not so picky about the typical barbecue taste, the electric grill is best for you. Go for it, and you will not be disappointed.
